• Supervise process enhancement/Re-engineering projects to eliminate deficiencies in processes designs and enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure proper follow up on the implementation of project re-engineering proposals or assessment action plans.

• Ensure business process efficiency by systematically engage with UAE businesses units and functions to identify pain points and areas for improvement and demonstrate impactful identification.

• Support in identifying a framework that lead to pro-actively identify the areas for improvement within the UAE business units & functions processes.

• Handle & monitor the reports with other functions within organizational excellence which the team can rely on to capture, highlight, and lead to process improvement identification such as audit report, self-assessment reports, external & internal customer satisfaction survey reports...etc

• Supervise the process assessment/evaluation projects whenever is required either pro-actively or reactively based on management instructions.

• Assist in presenting the management review meetings related business process efficiency on regular basis.

• Monitor & update the result dashboard related to business process efficiency team which gives clear results on the team performance & KPIs.

• Support in exploring & introducing smart solutions related to business process efficiency activities to manage the tasks more effectively and reduce the paper & manual work.

• Support in the programs/initiative that enhance the awareness level among UAE employees related to business process efficiency activities.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned by management team.
