Reach your full potential as a Business Process Analyst (International Trade):
As a Business Process Analyst, you are part of our young and enthusiastic team to help guide B&S into the future. You are wholly committed to discovering and developing innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
As a Business Process Analyst, you'll:
work closely with various departments to make sure the system meets business requirements.
advise the business on various international shipping documents such as declaration documentation -by a foreign country's import/export laws, excise duties, customs and international trade documentation from a systemic perspective.
analyse import/export processes to determine methods for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
support users during post-go-live phases, and ensure the transition to operations teams.
report bugs and create RFC.
perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Tests.
analyse and create workflows of business processes.
be an active contributing member of the Business Improvement Team to improve the efficiency of internal processes.
create and maintain training resources and deliver training to stakeholders.

You're a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. You develop creative solutions in no time.
You:
have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent;
gained at least three years of working experience in a similar position;
have relevant experience in international trade;
have experience or an education in International Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Management;
are well adapted to ADM methodology and very strong in delivery management;
have experience in implementing and supporting various applications such as ERP, BI, and Supply Chain;
have the ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation;
have a clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues;
know the CPG industry Distribution management system.
