About the Role


We are hiring an Office Assistant & Cleaner to support day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining a clean and organized office environment. This dual role is essential to ensure smooth office operations and a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities



Perform general office administration including filing, documentation, and clerical support. Handle phone calls, correspondence, and assist with scheduling. Monitor and replenish office supplies. Carry out daily cleaning of office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, and common spaces. Ensure hygiene and tidiness standards are maintained throughout the office. Provide assistance to other departments with basic support tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements



Previous experience as an office assistant, cleaner, or similar role preferred. Basic computer literacy (MS Office knowledge an advantage). Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Good communication and organizational skills. Professional attitude with flexibility to handle both admin and cleaning duties.
