We are currently seeking a

qualified and experienced Office Secretary

for our construction company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

3 years of experience

in the

construction field

, with strong skills in

document control

and handling

DDA submissions and other legal documentation

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the office Handle and organize project documentation and records Prepare and submit documents to DDA and other legal authorities Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing systems Coordinate with project managers and other team members Handle correspondence and communication effectively

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector in Dubai Strong knowledge of DDA submissions and other legal submittals Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office and document control systems Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Female candidates are preferred


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
