Position Summary:
The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting daily administrative operations, including warehouse management tasks and HR formalities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently
Assist with daily warehouse management (WH) tasks and documentation
Support HR formalities, including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and record keeping
Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate databases using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and administrative tasks as required
Ensure the reception area and office premises are well maintained and presentable at all times
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Female candidate required
Proven experience in office administration, warehouse management tasks, and HR support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Good reporting and documentation skills
Other Requirements:
As this role involves acting as the face of the company, candidates are expected to maintain a professional appearance and appropriate office attire, reflecting a polished and presentable demeanor that aligns with our corporate environment
