Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle front desk duties
Receive and answer phone calls professionally
Collect, sort, and register incoming and outgoing logistics documents
Maintain a day-by-day record book of documents received/dispatched
Record and file
Bill of Entry
documents accurately
Coordinate with internal departments and delivery personnel
Support administrative functions as required
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Requirements:
(female candidates preferred)
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (logistics background is a plus)
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Well-organized, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
