OpenSkye Global is actively seeking a

dynamic, experienced Office Manager

with a solid background in

immigration services

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing documentation and refund processes.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and monitor

daily sales activities

and team performance Manage

staff workflows

, attendance, and productivity Handle

client queries

, consultations, and in-office communications Oversee the

documentation process

related to immigration files Supervise and manage

refund requests

and escalations Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards Maintain high standards of office discipline, efficiency, and professionalism Prepare reports for senior management and suggest improvements

Requirements



Minimum 2-3 years experience

in an immigration or visa consultancy firm Proven track record in

office and team management

Strong knowledge of

immigration processes and documentation

Excellent

communication and client handling skills

Ability to manage

multiple priorities under pressure

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
