Responsibilities Knowledge
Candidate must be capable of handling:
Daily office operations and administrative support.
Coordination between departments (HR, Finance, Operations).
Preparing reports, memos, and documentation.
Managing schedules, meetings, and office correspondence.
Monitoring office supplies, inventory, and maintenance needs.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and government requirements.
