Role Overview:
We are seeking a
dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager
to oversee administrative and operational functions for our F&B Trading business. Based primarily in
Ajman
with partial duties in
Dubai
, this role ensures smooth office operations, team coordination, and compliance with company processes in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency across both Ajman and Dubai offices.
Handle documentation, correspondence, filing systems, and office logistics.
Support management in reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers within the F&B trading sector.
Oversee basic HR and administrative tasks, including staff coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and smooth workflow across departments.
Requirements:
Proven
Office Management/Admin experience in the UAE
, preferably within
FMCG, F&B, or trading industries
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage dual-location responsibilities (Ajman & Dubai).
Immediate availability is a must.
