Key Responsibilities:
Support the
Front Office / Restaurant Manager
in day-to-day guest service operations.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of receptionists, hostesses, and service staff.
Ensure excellent
guest satisfaction
and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
Manage table reservations, guest seating, and special requests efficiently.
Monitor staff performance and provide training and feedback when needed.
Oversee cleanliness and presentation of the dining and reception areas.
Ensure proper communication between kitchen, service, and management teams.
Assist in scheduling, shift planning, and maintaining attendance records.
Handle billing, cash control, and POS operations when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a
Front Office Supervisor / Assistant Manager
in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of
restaurant operations and reservation systems
.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
Basic computer and POS handling skills.
Culinary or hospitality diploma
preferred.
