HR & Office Administrator
to anchor our Head Office operations and support senior leadership through precision, professionalism, and trust.

The Role
As HR & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for
group-level HR administration and head office operations
, while acting as a trusted administrative partner to senior leadership. You will establish order, enforce standards, and ensure seamless coordination across people, processes, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
Administer HR policies, procedures, and operating frameworks aligned with company standards.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, HRMIS updates, WPS coordination, and reporting.
Support recruitment coordination, manpower planning, and HR timelines.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal code of conduct, and professional standards.
Support performance tracking, employee relations, and internal communications.
Office Administration & Governance
Manage Head Office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise administrative staff including reception, PRO/admin support, and outsourced service providers.
Enforce office discipline, decorum, and professional conduct.
Maintain records, correspondence, and administrative systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Executive & Schedule Support
Manage leadership calendars, appointments, and official schedules as assigned.
Coordinate meetings, documentation, follow-ups, and task tracking.
Support leadership time management to ensure focus and execution efficiency.
Vendors, Events & External Coordination
Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers related to office and HR operations.
Coordinate events, meetings, hospitality, and official gatherings.
Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders as assigned.
Confidentiality & Professional Integrity
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and conflict-of-interest protocols at all times.

Experience in
HR administration, office administration, or executive support
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Working knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance
Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Arabic language proficiency is preferred
High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Visa & Work Eligibility
Preference will be given to candidates currently on a spouse or family-sponsored visa
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
