Job Description

Looking for a Tagalog speaking female candidate and please find the below Responsibilities:
? Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
? Responsible for sourcing, scheduling duties/roaster, orientation, training, and ensuring that the nurses/caregivers do their duties properly with full efficiency.
? Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
? Preparing meeting and training rooms.
? Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
? Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
? Managing schedules for meetings, appointments and interviews
? Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
? Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
? Supporting all teams with various administrative tasks
? Deal with customer complaints or issues
? Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
? Keep office neatly and tidy NOTE: Candidates with medical background, customer service experience, excellent computer skills, and sales & marketing experience will be only considered. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
