Responsible for sourcing, scheduling duties/roaster, orientation, training, and ensuring that the nurses/caregivers do their duties properly with full efficiency. ? Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. ? Preparing meeting and training rooms. ? Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. ? Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. ? Managing schedules for meetings, appointments and interviews ? Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation ? Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems ? Supporting all teams with various administrative tasks ? Deal with customer complaints or issues ? Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders ?
