Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
