who will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating technical drawings and documents for civil and landscape projects. The role is office-based and focuses on supporting site teams with design, documentation, and technical clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and update structural and civil shop drawings, technical documents, and construction details.
Assist in design verification, structural analysis, and load calculations to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
Ensure that all engineering works comply with international codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and technical reports for management and client review.
Support in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress against targets.
Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection records, and progress reports.
Conduct regular technical evaluations and risk assessments for ongoing structural and civil works.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
Professional certification (e.g., Engineer's License, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Proven experience (3-7 years preferred) as a Technical Engineer, Site Engineer, or similar role in civil/structural projects.
Professional Engineer license/registration (advantage, depending on country regulations).
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit, SAP2000, etc.).
Strong background in structural and civil works (concrete, steel, foundations, formwork, reinforcement, etc.).
Ability to identify engineering problems and propose effective solutions.
Advanced use of AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural analysis software.
Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and engineering documentation.
Valid UAE Driving License
