who will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating technical drawings and documents for civil and landscape projects. The role is office-based and focuses on supporting site teams with design, documentation, and technical clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and modify civil engineering design drawings and technical documents.
Interpret and apply project specifications, engineering standards, and codes of practice.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
Provide technical support for project planning, tendering, and execution.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Monitor project progress and provide technical reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
Professional certification (e.g., Engineer's License, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) is an advantage.
2-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering (office and/or site-based).
Experience with design review, technical documentation, and project coordination.
Knowledge of local and international standards (e.g., BS, ASTM, ACI, IS codes).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other civil design software.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
Good understanding of structural and architectural coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
