Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Good hygiene, discipline, and polite behavior.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and hospitality duties.
Able to handle physical tasks and office errands.
Nationality Preference: Srii Lankan or Naepaliiii candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and restrooms.
Handle mail distribution, document filing, and basic errands.
Monitor and restock office supplies.
Assist with meeting room setup and general staff support.
Report any maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, AC, etc.) to the responsible department.
Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (arrange chairs, clean tables, serve refreshments, etc.)
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents as required by office staff.
Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
Keep the office premises clean and tidy (desks, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.).
