Greet and welcome customers, receive and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answer and direct all calls accordingly, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities.
Monitor office supplies and make supply orders accordingly when needed. Monitor and update records and files, and log office expenses and costs.
Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent in English
Preferred at least 1 year of experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD software (especially Excel and Word)
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindest
High School diploma; any additional diploma will be considered as advantage
