About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various teams across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
Assist with office operations and maintain a well-organised work environment
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with clients for the order arrangment
Coordinate with internal back support team for arranging and delivery the orders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Support HR, finance, and management teams with routine tasks
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors professionally
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Understand how to use main AI tools to improve work efficiency
