Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Office Administrator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and team-playing skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with computers and office machines.
  • Ability to positively interact with personnel, customers, visitors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to exhibit high levels of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Willing to work in any location within UAE.
  • Applicant must be on visit visa or employment visa and not on sponsor visa.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Administrative Responsibility for effective asset management (e.g., employee phones, laptop, keys, test devices, etc.)
  • Keep Reminders for Official Documents like (e.g., license, lease, medical and office insurance, employee contracts, visa, company vehicle, parking, mobile plan, utility bill payment etc.)
  • Supervise the maintenance of office, and its equipment, including copier, printers, stationeries, office furniture etc.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Manage employee records, onboarding new employees, and other human resources responsibilities.
  • Assist in on-boarding, off-boarding, applicant interviews, HR file management, letter issuance, visa application, Ticket and leave management, employee engagement, etc.
  • Employee travel coordination & management; concur travel and expense reconciliation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
