Job Description

In charge of front office reception and administration duties, including handling company main email, company inquiries and answering calls. Responsibility
  • Handle Petty cash
  • Create quotations and submit tenders
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Arrange bookings and registration for staff business trip and sponsored clients
  • Prepare letters whenever requested
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Requirements
  • Highly proficient in MS office applications
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Must be self-driven and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
