Handle Petty cash
Create quotations and submit tenders
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Schedule and confirm meetings
Arrange bookings and registration for staff business trip and sponsored clients
Prepare letters whenever requested
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Highly proficient in MS office applications
Outstanding communication and people skills
Must be self-driven and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
