Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator with knowledge of the below criteria. All medical insurance-related processes (including the process of taking sick leave) Passport Control (release and receipt, including sending notice for nearly expired passports) Hotel and ticket booking Updating the Employee Tracker Assisting in the Update of Final Clearances, Leave Forms, and Final Clearance CPR Release General requests, including scrap, stationery, pantry, AC, building, and WM complaints. Updating the Vehicle List and Maintenance Repair Processing of EWA (including paying online and providing EWA bills) Handling petty cash Answering phone calls and emails. Send your updated CV
