Office Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent command of English, and solid knowledge of office administration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize project-related documents
Verify data accuracy and document completeness
Support the sales team with reports and submission documentation
Prepare quotations
Handle phone calls and emails professionally
Coordinate between customers and the technical team
Maintain effective office communication
Communicate with customers efficiently and professionally
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of GCC experience
Strong command of the
English language
(written and spoken)
Excellent
email and letter drafting skills
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
