Responsibilities:
Implement administrative processes and ensure the smooth operation of daily office duties.
Handle basic duties such as, answering and routing phones; responding to emails; maintaining employee, financial and client records.
Maintain property database and accurate records of property transactions.
Prepare paperwork for real estate transactions, like purchase agreements, contracts etc.
Manage enquiries and ensure up to date documentation relating to maintenance of properties and renewal of tenancy contracts.
Coordinate with owners, tenants and developers regarding their properties.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for the office and for various real estate properties.
Enter financial data into our accounting software on a timely basis.
Coordinate with external auditors for VAT filings and payments on a quarterly basis.
Maintain accounting schedules, income and expense files, and reconcile accounts.
Manage payroll for all employees.
Monitor office inventory levels and place orders as required.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience as an Accountant/Office Administrator in Dubai.
Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
Bachelors or Masters degree with attested certificate is a must.
Hands on experience with accounting software.
Extensive knowledge of industry trends and market regulations is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Flexibility in working hours as per business needs.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
