Also adept at handling confidential information and assisting executives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Act as the primary point of contact with building management, coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and office repairs.
Manage correspondence, including handling incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries, handling complaints and requests efficiently and professionally.
Maintain and update office records and files to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
Manage the office budget, track expenses, and handle financial tasks, such as processing payments, managing invoices, and handling petty cash.
Oversee and manage all company accounts, including tracking account balances, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining financial records.
Handle financial reporting and assist in budget planning by providing insights into company expenses and revenues.
Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Greet visitors, address their inquiries or concerns, and provide appropriate assistance.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports or presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring the privacy of sensitive materials and communications.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, providing comprehensive support to executives.
Support internal and external teams by preparing facility access cards, maintaining office logs, and providing door codes for secure access. Logistics and ensure the space is well-prepared to accommodate their needs
Provide assistance and support to visiting teams, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.
Qualifications: (only for females)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Light Experiences In Technology such as apps, CRMs, and content management.
Carrying an educational degree is a MUST.
