We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Assistant

Female to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and contribute to a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage office documentation and filing systems Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment Assist in preparing reports and presentations Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus UAE residency preferred
