female Office Administrator
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Manage and organize company documents and records
Assist with visa processing and employee documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
Coordinate with government and legal entities when necessary
Support HR and management with other administrative tasks
Basic Qualifications:
Female
Prior experience in administrative roles (preferably in real estate or similar fields)
Strong knowledge of UAE visa processing and legal compliance
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
