Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist in HR tasks such as employee onboarding and record-keeping
Handle basic financial and bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
