We are looking for an organized, reliable and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess superior multitasking skills, management ability and the ability to strive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily administrative tasks and workflow for the office
Manage the flow of information and communication between staff, clients, and outside vendors
Monitor and maintain required office supplies and equipment
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and faxes
Order office furniture, equipment, and stationery; manage inventory of supplies
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Meet and greet visitors upon arrival, announce visitors to the appropriate personnel
Manage the conference room calendar
Manage the daily schedule of personnel in the office
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
Track and manage time and attendance records
Prepare expense reports and invoices, as needed
Participate in special projects as required
Skills and Qualifications:
minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant experience preferred
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing situations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Proficiency in PC office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentially when required
Strong attention to detail
