Job Description

looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at IIQAF. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our office. As the Office Administrator, you will be interacting with the staff, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, while organizing and maintaining files, copying and scanning documents, and updating records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and filing documents, and operational management
  • Ensure office outreach goals are met by providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to emails and resolving conflicts and inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between external visitors and internal staff
  • Maintain and update spreadsheet and database systems, as well as the company website
  • Maintain office supplies, order supplies as needed, ensure paperwork is up to date, and perform other miscellaneous office tasks, as required
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an office setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of computer applications and software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite
