Urgent Hiring!!! Looking for one "Female - Admin Lady" with minimum 1 year of Experience in UAE To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Alert and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by the Manager.
Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
Book classrooms and ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re properly set up
Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
Resolve issues as they arise onsite
Submit reports on training activities and results
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Maintain the general office filing system. & Assist in General Office administration. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
Booking updates on calendars & notify Operation manager & Guiding customer for Specific Location.
Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:
Telephone Skills.
Verbal Communication & Listening Skill in English and Hindi.
Calm and professional appearance.
Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Computer proficiency MS-Office (Word & Excel)
Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred
