Urgent Hiring!!! Looking for one "Female - Admin Lady" with minimum 1 year of Experience in UAE
To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Alert and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by the Manager.
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Book classrooms and ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re properly set up
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintain the general office filing system. & Assist in General Office administration. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
  • Booking updates on calendars & notify Operation manager & Guiding customer for Specific Location.
Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:
  • Telephone Skills.
  • Verbal Communication & Listening Skill in English and Hindi.
  • Calm and professional appearance.
  • Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency MS-Office (Word & Excel)
  • Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred
