Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Oversee administrative staff as well as operations and divide responsibilities to ensure excellent performance
  • Manage correspondence between the company and clients
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence
  • Prepare and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Make sure all office bills are paid on time
  • Assist with petty cash management
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence as well as other forms
  • Monitor the stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Should be able to join immediately
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a relevant Degree with a minimum of 3 years of UAE related working experience, preferably in a real estate or property leasing company
  • Must be able to prepare, edit and draft letters, addendum as well as property-related contract
  • Possession of accounting knowledge will be a great advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Fluency in English is a must, ability to speak Arabic will be a great advantage
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite required
  • Ability to perform variety of administrative as well as clerical tasks
