Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant course
  • At least 2 or more years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Proficient in using office software including word processing, spreadsheet as well as presentation tool
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have a positive attitude, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with colleagues and external stakeholders
