Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Respond to and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports well as other documents
  • Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements or appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Undertake any other tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelors Degree in a relevant course
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Should be able to join immediately
