Job Description

Duties of a Receptionist may include:
  • Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2
Directing guests and answering their questions \xe2\x80\xa2 Notifying other workers of visitor arrival \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining security and telecommunications systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges \xe2\x80\xa2 Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean office \xe2\x80\xa2 Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers
  • Providing administrative and clerical support \xe2\x80\xa2
Preparing letters and documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Receiving and sorting mail and packages \xe2\x80\xa2 Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating meetings and organizing catering and room bookings \xe2\x80\xa2 Scheduling travel \xe2\x80\xa2 Ordering office supplies Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
