Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Able to independently handle and solve the tasks for which you are responsible; 2. Implement operating procedures and various rules and regulations, and cooperate with business departments; 3. Responsible for screening resumes and handling employee entry, resignation, transfer, etc. procedures; 4. Responsible for managing relevant documents and files; 5. Supervise employee attendance, review and process leave requests. 6. Carry out the acceptance, accounting and distribution of materials and equipment in and out of the warehouse according to regulations to ensure that the accounts are consistent. 7. Keep track of inventory status at all times to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment and give full play to turnover efficiency. Clean the warehouse regularly and arrange materials and equipment in categories. Neatly stored and accurate in quantity. 8. Be familiar with the varieties, specifications, models and performance of corresponding materials and equipment, and fill them out clearly. 9. Strong personal ability and able to handle various matters in an orderly manner. 10. Have certain financial management capabilities, be able to check monthly reports, and correctly grasp warehousing economic information 11.
