OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Location : Al Nahyan Abu Dhabi JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies 2 Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary 3 Handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) to customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors. 4 Submit timely reports, submittals, and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. 5 Assist colleagues whenever necessary 6 Handling accounts, quotations, purchase orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining the database up to date. 7 Copy, scan, and store documents physical and digital records. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization. 8 Review, update technical documents, and create templates for future use. 9 Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, payroll, and documentation 10 Maintaining daily cleanliness of the office, serving tea and coffee Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
