Job Description

1. Formatting for all training materials used for face-to-face/virtual delivery in Central (printing not a part of their role)

2. Document Management - collecting, scanning, and saving all pre-post evaluation, feedback, ATN sheets, and scanned certificates & saving them on DB

3. Saving final materials on dropbox

4. Tracking and maintaining the activity tracker & participant database

5. Transport & Coordinator Scheduling

6. Pre and Post reports for simple, straightforward projects

7. Inventory Management & Tracking

8. Assist with purchasing items required for events

9. Office Management

10. Answer office calls/ Online Chat

11. Meeting with hotels and getting corporate rates

12. Flight booking

13. Visa application for trainers
