female Office Administrator
who can efficiently manage daily office operations and support our e-commerce and back-office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (product uploads, order tracking, responding to customer inquiries, etc.).
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain records, invoices, and documentation.
Support management in preparing reports and marketing updates.
Manage calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
Requirements:
Female candidate currently in UAE.
Minimum
1-2 years of office or e-commerce administration experience.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (Amazon, Noon, or similar) preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to join immediately or within a short period.
