We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support & E-commerce Assistant. This role combines general administrative duties with inventory management, sales support, and experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon. You'll be an essential part of our support staff, helping to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
Assist with sales processing and customer service
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document organization
Provide general office support and coordination
Support listing, updating, and managing products on marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
Collaborate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in office support, admin, or sales roles
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, etc.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with inventory management systems
Experience in a support staff role in a retail or e-commerce business

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
