Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & E-Commerce:
Create, update, and optimize product listings on
Shopify, Amazon, and Noon
.
Plan and manage
ad campaigns, offers, and promotions
on online marketplaces.
Analyze
sales data and reports
to improve listings and boost performance.
Respond to customer messages via marketplace portals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with warehouse for order packing, shipping, and inventory updates.
In-store (Offline) Sales:
Attend to walk-in customers at the
showroom
, understand their requirements, and assist with product selection.
Explain features and usage of cricket gear including bats, gloves, pads, and accessories.
Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure stock levels are updated.
Build and maintain relationships with
B2B clients
, cricket academies, and local retailers.
Requirements & Skills
Strong knowledge of cricket gear and equipment
(mandatory).
Experience with
e-commerce platforms
like Shopify, Noon, and Amazon.
Good understanding of
sales techniques and customer service
(online & offline).
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
