DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job description:
Receives client calls/complaints/requests
Coordinates and dispatches field technicians to clients
Receives and uploads service reports from technicians to ERP system
Sets maintenance appointments and generates maintenance schedules
Tracks field personnel location for ease of callback response times
Generates repair proposals (based on technician and warehouse personnel feedback on cost and spares availability)
Create business rapport with clients via email to generate sales
Requirements:
2 years experience in technical/maintenance or other related field is a must.
Preferably Female from
Philippines
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
