Al Amera Real Estate is a growing real estate firm in Dubai specializing in premium property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated and experienced Off-Plan Property Brokers to join our dynamic sales division.

As an Off-Plan Property Broker at Al Amera Real Estate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan projects from Dubai's top developers. You will guide clients throughout their property investment journey, offering expert advice, transparent service, and strong after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties . Generate leads and convert them into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers. Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and follow-ups. Advise clients on investment opportunities based on their needs and market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communication using CRM tools. Attend property events, developer meetings, and exhibitions to network and enhance brand presence.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably in off-plan sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and developer portfolios. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. RERA certification (preferred or can be obtained after joining). Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.
