Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with OEM customers
Generate new business opportunities and expand existing OEM accounts
Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with OEM clients
Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Represent the company at OEM meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum
2 years of experience
in OEM sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to understand technical products and customer specifications
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience working with manufacturing or industrial OEMs
Knowledge of sales cycles in OEM environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
