Odoo Telesales Specialist / Call Center Agent
Department: Sales & Customer Relations
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Reports To: Sales Manager
Salary: 2,500 + 5-7% Gross Commission
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an energetic Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. You'll make outbound calls to prospective clients, consult on Odoo-based solutions, and drive sales through effective communication. If you're confident, articulate, and enjoy helping businesses find the right technology solutions, this role is for you.
Sales & Consulting
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote Odoo products and services
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver product presentations and follow up with leads consistently
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Customer Management
- Build positive relationships through professional communication
- Record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Address client inquiries and objections with confidence
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
