Odoo Development & Customization:

Design, develop, and maintain Odoo-based applications and modules with a focus on HR and Finance functionalities.
Customize existing Odoo modules to meet business needs, specifically in payroll, attendance, travel, and HR.
Implement and integrate Odoo HR modules (e.g., attendance, payroll, leave management, etc.) with other business systems as needed.

HR & Payroll Management:

Develop, implement, and support Odoo's payroll module, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Ensure accurate handling of employee attendance, travel, and leave management using Odoo.
Work closely with HR and finance departments to address payroll processing issues, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
Employee records, generate reports, and streamline workflows.

Travel and Attendance Management:

Design and maintain Odoo systems for tracking employee attendance and managing travel requests and expenses.
Develop automated workflows for leave applications, approvals, and integration with payroll.
Ensure the travel management module in Odoo meets company policies, including budgeting, approval processes, and expense reporting.

System Integration & Troubleshooting:

Integrate Odoo with other internal systems for seamless data flow and operations (e.g., finance systems, banking, etc.).
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Odoo modules, particularly in HR, finance, and payroll areas.

Reporting & Analytics:

Build and configure custom reports and dashboards related to payroll, employee attendance, and travel.
Generate insightful data and analytics to assist management in decision-making.

Support & Training:

Provide ongoing support and training for internal teams on Odoo usage, especially HR and Finance modules.
Troubleshoot user issues, guide end-users, and create user manuals or documentation as necessary
