Take full responsibility for managing and leading a nursery classroom
Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with the
British EYFS
framework
Support the development of each child socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively
Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain observation records
Create a warm, caring, and engaging classroom environment
Communicate with parents about daily routines and developmental updates
Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety with support staff
Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture
Guide and supervise the classroom assistant teacher assigned to the group
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood, or equivalent
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a lead nursery or early years teacher
Fluent in Russian
(spoken and written)
Good command of English for team and parent communication
Strong classroom management and planning skills
Familiarity with the British EYFS is an advantage
Must be currently residing in the UAE and willing to
work in Ajman
