Looking for an experienced Nursery Manager in Sharjah to join our team of childcare experts. Candidates must have Cache level 5 with a personality to run the nursery independently and excel in the business. The candidate should preferably be a resident of Sharjah. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the Nursery including delivering the vision of the group; maximizing the number of children on roll in the various programs, etc

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect to the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents/carers and other family members. Support the development of good practice with regards to special needs and inclusion. Establish, develop and maintain highly professional working relationships with the relevant Local Authority Departments, Regulatory Bodies and other agencies. Manage the day-to-day operation to ensure the health and safety of the children, their parents and carers, the team and any visitors to the nursery. Be responsible for ensuring the nursery remains compliant in respect of suitably trained staff with relevant first aid qualifications. Manage staff costs with regards to budget projections. Control costs in line with agreed budgets. Understand and utilize management systems and information to maximize commercial benefits. Facilitate inspections by Regulatory Bodies and implement any recommendations. Agree and deliver occupancy targets. Recruit, induct, support, train and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice. Develop a well-qualified and experienced team able to meet and exceed all relevant standards. Proactively represent the nursery and advance its interests in the local community. Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers. Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
