Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager, located in Abu Dhabi. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the nursery, including ensuring a safe environment for children, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of care and education. The role involves planning and implementing programs, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

CACHE Level 5 or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification).
Experience :

Minimum 3 years' experience

in nursery or early childhood management. Proven

leadership

and

excellent English communication

skills (verbal and written).
Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with

Health and Safety

regulations. Oversee

curriculum planning

in collaboration with the Academic Manager. Prepare

reports
