Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery's daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of care and education in a safe, nurturing environment while effectively managing a team of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a stimulating learning environment following the EYFS curriculum.
Supervise and support staff, ensuring quality care and teaching.Maintain strong communication with parents.
Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and best practices.Oversee events, training, and performance reviews.
Support marketing and promote the nursery's services.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in early childhood education (master's preferred).
Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pediatric First Aid certified.
Knowledge of UAE nursery regulations.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
