A new nursery (Seyyouh Area) in Sharjah is seeking to appoint an experienced

Nursery Manager

to oversee and manage all operations of the nursery in line with the standards of the Sharjah Private Education Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Design and implement academic programs based on the

EYFS curriculum

, while integrating Emirati identity and Islamic values. Lead, supervise, and train teaching and support staff. Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and developmental progress. Maintain effective communication with parents and provide regular progress reports. Prepare operational, administrative, and financial reports for the nursery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field; additional qualifications in Educational Leadership or Early Years Management are an advantage, Cache 5. Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

framework or other recognized international curricula. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team. Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Conditions:

Full-time position with an annual renewable contract. Competitive salary package and benefits based on qualifications and experience. Work visa and residency sponsorship provided in the UAE.
